I'm a curiosity-driven multi-passionate who wears many hats (and loves trying on new ones).
some days you'll find me coaching individuals through life's big transitions, other days I'm behind the camera capturing quiet moments of beauty, and sometimes I'm lost in the delicious flow of dreaming up new ideas and possibilities.
growing up in Oakland, CA with an architect father and a mother who boldly transformed from occupational therapist to interior design entrepreneur, I learned early that creativity isn't just about art—it's about seeing possibility everywhere. this foundation sparked my love for asking the question: "What would your dream life look like if there were no obstacles in the way?"
after 11 vibrant years in Seattle, I took my own advice and leaped into the unknown, trading comfort for possibility in pursuit of a life that felt more authentically "me." now, as a life coach (currently deepening my training through Martha Beck's ICF-accredited Wayfinder Life Coach Training program), I get to be a companion and guide for others navigating their own beautiful uncertainties.
beyond coaching (but, I suppose, quite related), I'm endlessly fascinated by relational/interpersonal dynamics, derive great enjoyment from building meaningful partnerships for a creative output, and finding ways to weave together seemingly disparate passions into something uniquely impactful.
I believe in the power of liminal spaces—those in-between moments where everything feels uncertain and anything is possible. I also believe that there are no coincidences, and that serendipities are a clear sign we are on our right path. my work, in all its varied forms, is about being open to the beauty all around us, even in the smallest moments and simplest forms, living slowly with intention, and expanding into our dreamiest, most magical potential.
this is my invitation to you: let's explore what happens when we remove the limitations and step into the fullest, most vibrant expression of who we're meant to be.
